[ct-user] One app - two monitors

You can run CTWIN in a window instead of in full screen mode. Hit Alt-Enter
to change to a window.
You can also start CTWIN up with -VGA at the end of the shortcut "target"
(outside of the quotes) to put CTWIN into 50 line mode and then adjust the
font size in the Window properties to make the characters large enough for
you.
This way, you can still use your other monitor.

ok, here's a variation on the same question: I don't want to break up CTWin
- VGA onto two monitors. But I am set up for dual monitors. Running CT makes
my second monitor go blank. I would like to be able to run CT on my primary
monitor and another app (DXView) on the second monitor. Is there any way to
do this?
