[ct-user] Cabrillo file

Sure ..... If it looks like a cabrillo file, has all the parts like a
cabrillo file, and quacks like a cabrillo file, I would rename it to
<callsign>.log and submit it.
If the robot accepts it, it was a cabrillo file!
