[ct-user] Curious signal - CQWW CW Contest

It was a JA skewpath.

I work them from the S-SE on 20 after 2200z every contest on 20
after the NW path dies.

It is very common at the bottom of every sunspot cycle.

Both myself and NN1N have repeatedly mentioned this path
in our CQWW writeups and working BY, BV, 9M2, 9M6, YB etc.
on 20 with signals peaking from 165 deg - 135 deg. depending on the 
time, country and solar flux number.

Near the top of the sunspot cycle this S-SE path is quite common
on 15 and 10 as well.
