Hi Fourlanders:
I spoke to Louise this morning and updated the reservation per Jim's
suggestion below. We have spaces 19, 19A & 19B for the weekend.

Bob, as VP, is in charge from this point forward through the contest period.

Neal:
The cost for the spaces is $12 per night per space, so 12 * 3 * 3 = $108.
Please send that amount to the campground, or 1/2 as a deposit, depending
on available treasury. Please note on the check for spaces 19, 19A & 19B &
the dates of September 13-15th for Fourlanders Contest Team.

tough cookies AFAIC

We have to appease our hosts; shouldn't be a big deal.

Yes; someone who isn't staying overnight is a visitor.

Not true; please don't read between the lines and introduce confusion into
the circumstances. I have been specifically assured by Louise that the golf
car during the day isn't a problem at all. I have tried to be specific in
my communications with Louise and address the issues effectively. I find
her to be easier to deal with than Driscal; no non-sense and straight
forward. We have our spaces, now lets concentrate on the contest and having
fun.

solved, AFAIC.
Ya'll have fun now, ya' hear?
