[Fourlanders] Writelog version10.42b broken

I just downloaded the latest version and found that when using transverter
offsets, writelog will not or set the vfo frequency and the frequency
display in writelog is messed up.  I have tried this with my FT990 and
FT1000mp with the same results.  Please test this with your
radios/computers.  We may have to go back to using version 10.41C
