[Fourlanders] Writelog version10.42b broken

It may not be a problem with 10.42B. I seem to remember that even in 10.41C
you had to do something first to get the frequency readout in writelog to
work right with a transverter offset. Something like you setup the offset
and then you had to command the radio to the frequency first with writelog
then writelog would track the frequency correctly from then on. I can't
remember exactly now but I will be checking the laptop out with the 1000mp
this weekend and will let you know. I never heard a definitive answer from
anyone about why we needed to change to 10.42B anyway. Bob and I have
10.41C on our laptops already and we don't really want to change unless
there is a good reason.
