Thanks to Brian, I read the documentation. The "setup VHF transverter
offsets" from the menu does not set the offsets correctly! You must go into
your writelog.ini file and set the offsets manually. Then all works as
before. You must still set the frequency once manually. You can now do
this by entering the frequency in the "Call" field (e.g. 144200) and
pressing ENTER. You no longer have to bring up small form to do this.

You did change your settings? The release notes for this new version
changed the scale and made decimal etries possible. It implies that you
should be able to correct the offset we were seeing in June of about 0.6kc.
This new version smooths out a couple of things for me. Not required,
but better.
