Hey, guys!
I hope all are doing well!
I've been looking forward to the September contest, but I find myself without a vehicle.
To make a long story short, we were putting a new engine in my son's car.
It blew up with just 750 miles on it.
So..., being a kind dad, my son has my truck - which leaves me with no wheels.
Fortunately, my neighbor has loaned me a radio-equipped car!
You can't beat having your landlord AND neighbor being a ham!!  :)

UNfortunately, I'm restricted to being in town.
And I don't know where things are going to land with the engine builder, despite the 
piston manufacturer providing the wrong wrist pins.

With a sad heart, I can't get over there this weekend.
Can we move the contest to the middle of October???

Let me know if there's anything I can do from the sidelines.
