Bob and I are very familiar with tech fest. He and I have done something
there a couple of times. The problem is that it isn't very well attended
and it just isn't worth the trouble to haul the setup there for the 10 or 15
people that show up. While we are on this subject, I would like to suggest
that we hhaul a setup to the hamfest in Lawrenceville in a couple of weeks.
My tower trailer with some antennas on it and a rig or two would be great!
I would be glad to haul my tower trailer there and supply my 897. What do
you guys think? Do we want to haul big white there to setup in or maybe a
smaller trailer? Can someone contact the Lawrenceville hamfest folks and
arrange for a place outside for us to setup?

Some of you who live much closer to Atlanta may want to take advantage of
this.
