Pretty close.  The bathroom will not be studded out by then so you will have
to walk up to the house for that but everything else should be there.  When
Bob bought the new place and he built the metal out building Judy gave him
carte blanche and realizing that will probably never happen again for the
rest of his life he took full advantage of the opportunity.

I assume this does include full water, 50 amp power, and sewer hookups,
cable TV, satellite radio, phone and internet access, etc.
