[Fourlanders] CW skimmer

CW Skimmer has been on my list of things to do for about a month. It
seems to be creating the same kind of controversy in HF contesting
that WSJT has created for EME. Realistically, CW Skimmer is just
another tool. It can be used well or used poorly. When the rate is
rolling well, a real CW op' will have no need for it. When hunting for
multipliers, it can be of tremendous benefit.

I would love to use it with my SDR-14, but to take advantage of the
full bandwidth, I need more CPU speed than I have currently in my
contest PC's. Yet another example of how the escalation of warfare
continues ever upward.

Cheers,
Brian
