[Fourlanders] FW: [VHFcontesting] June and September Contest Records on the ARRL Web

I notified KX9X the next day after the members only results were posted that
we were in NC and not GA. I knew that it would likely not be correct for the
print version, but I had hoped the web data would have been corrected
quickly.

Oh well, if they send us a certificate, I will put a big X through the front
of it since we were not in GA. This is also not the first time we have been
listed incorrectly. For the September 1997 contest the Fourlanders drove
down to Apalachicola, FL, but were listed as operating in GA.

September 1994 AA4S was a Fourlanders production from Bald Knob, VA, FM07bw
and included: N3AHI, NZ3I, AA4S, AA4ZZ, AB4RU (now W4WA), KB4NT (now N4GU),
KE4MKW, N4HSM (now K5AND), WA4VCC, WD4DWN, WD4JQV, WS4F (now K4RF), WQ4V,
AE6E (now K4EA) and K0DI.

I do not have QST's in any form that cover 1986 and earlier contests. Does
anyone have PDF's of those contest results pages that they could send me?
Does anyone have documentation of the specific operation locations for the
Fourlanders from June 1994 VHF on back in time?

The last Bald Knob, VA operation was September 1997. There were no other VA
operations that I could attribute to Fourlanders operators from June 1994 on
back through 1987. For that matter, there were only three operations from
Bald Knob in my list from 1987 onward. They were all in September, 1994,
1995 and 1997. In retrospect, it seems odd that going or not to Bald Knob
almost destroyed the Fourlanders completely.

I'll turn off the "WABAC" machine now. ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WABAC)

Later,
