Hello All,

I am at the cabin, and my QRZ map is undated to show close to the correct spot I am located

Here is the plan:

Tonight setup and cqing on 146.520 vertical starting at 5PM. I will have 146.520 on after that while I set up the other antennas.  Hope to get some 6 and 2 M SSB antennas up tonight also.

Andy will be here in the morning between 11-12 and we have setup a LxPed equipment  shake down.   I will have 6 M SSB working by then plus 2 and 70cm FM  I will be calling on 50.140 SSB with my 3 element yagi during the morning while Andy is on his way up. 146.580 will be our 2 M FM calling channel, I will start monitoring it before Andy gets here. High Noon  is the planned time to point south and start calling on 146.580 FM.   We will operate on 446.100 FM once we have found some folks to move up.  Andy has to head out so 1:00 PM is the end on the equipment shake down test on FM.  I plan to move over to SSB after He is out or simplex range.  So after about 2:00 PM I will be looking south and west on 50.140, 144.210 and 432.110, all SSB.  I will mostly call on 50.140 and move up bands with stations once I have the yagi on them

Please email me if you would like to set a sked to work me.  I will have the FT-857D on SSB, FT-2800 on 2M FM, Plus TH-F6 and 857 on 446. FM.

I have Lots of antennas with me, including the semi famous 70cm "Death Ray" 19 ele yagi, the 5 element 2 m yagi from the NFARL field day site, a 6 m 3 ele yagi and I will be testing the new 6 element backpacker on 2 M..  I also have some omnis in the van.   May not have enough feed line to use all of them at once to start with.  Lots of connector building late tonight!

GPS says the antennas will be at near 2500 feet ASL!

And do not forget about the Mt Michell LxPedition on July 4th @ 1400 on 146..580 FM.  More details on that to follow.
