Well, that certainly doesn't make a lot of sense since the May and June QSTs are already in the hands of people that look to that magazine for the contest announcements and rules !!  A little late now to expect everyone to get the word about rules changes.

What are THEY thinking at HQ ???

You guys might want to standby on the cordless phones and WiFi cards.  I just found out that the P&S Committee is supposed to make an announcement about the June contest rules tomorrow.  I will let you guys know as soon as I hear anything.
