good point. I am not sure I'd get another QST (one just arrived) by
the contest, AND they certainly could not print this fast since the
magazine is probably already out to print for the July issue due to
lead and printing time. I guess we will have to use the good ole
Wayne Green Alien Technology silver ion water fueled cold fusion unit
to time travel and get the new rules. He's still not dead, ya know.
