FYI, the PSC made this decision at their last meeting on April 4th!
Apparently the only reason we found out about it now was that the chair of
the VUAC pined down the chair of the PSC at Dayton face-to-face and asked
him why the VUAC was being kept in the dark.  I have heard some things in
the last few hours that make me believe that several members of the VUAC are
going to resign over this.  It is my expectation that when the time comes to
renew the VUAC charter for another three year term it will not happen.  I am
not sure why yet but for some reason the VUAC seems to be out of favor with
the PSC.  Maybe we stirred the pot too much.
