[Fourlanders] Proceed With 2.4 and 5.8 GHz Plans

The word came down from the PSC today and it is my understanding that they
did NOT adopt the change to the "1km rule".  As a matter of fact they
rejected all of the VUAC recommendations except for one related to the
limited rover category.  I was ambivalent about the 1 km rule change but I
am a bit POed about the others.  Anyway, that is the way it is so go ahead
and get those cordless telephones and WiFi cards ready.  Anyone interested
in getting some laser pointer and photo detector diodes together and making
some 1 foot light Qs?
