I finally got used to having the ability to switch antennas. In other words... I finally remembered to *use* the capability. Often, when a station sounded weak, they were off the back or side of the beam, switching to the omnis brought them in much stronger. I could work them on the omnis, or at least hold them there while I brought the beams around.
