[Fourlanders] eQSL vs lotw?

No religion, just the facts.  eqsl is just fine if you are casualy collecting grids, states, etc.  There are some awards that accept eqsl but NOT the ARRL for any award.  ARRL accepts lotw but only for DXCC and maybe WAS.  In summary, if you are collecting for a non ARRL award that accepts it eqsl is fine.  If you are working on a DXCC or mabe WAS lotw is the way to go.  If you are working on any other ARRL award you are screwed.

Do I want to sign up for eqsl and lotw or just eqsl?

besides the stupid security of lotw, what are the advantages/disadvantges
of lotw compared to eQSL?
