These appear to be nice Hoffman brand enclosures and have the waterproof rubber gasket seals.  Very nice outdoor boxes for transverters, remote mounted preamps, or HF antenna tuner circuitry.

If I lived in the States I would get a couple for mounting beacons etc in
or maybe an enclosure to mount on the vehicle roof  for a rover system  :)
