[Fourlanders] contest update

There was a small change for K3 in 10.68, but I do not know if it
significant. There appear to be no other changes that would affect our
operations. It also appears that new and renewal registrations may be
unavailable for a few weeks or more due to medical issues K5DJ is
experiencing. The notes have been on the Writelog reflector and there
is a message on the Writelog ordering page
(http://www.writelog.com/ordering.htm).

I believe we should plan on continuing with 10.67b for June.

It might be that 6m is once again planned for a separate trailer. Bob,
would you advise?
