[Fourlanders] New QTH in NC later this year

The company I work for is planning to move to Lincolnton, NC later this year from Tampa.   I will be moving my home from GA to there to work from the office more often.
 
My question is what mapping tools show the best detailed topo information to help me find a great place to purchase house or land that is on high ground for VHF/UHF work?   
 
I have dailed in on the Vale , NC area as high ground  near where the office will be.
