[Fourlanders] September contest kickoff

I will be there doing my usual 6 meter band captain duties.  This will be my 
last contest as 6 meter band captain so I certainly plan to be there!  What 
happened?  When I talked to folks in June and again in July everyone seemed 
fired up and ready to go.
