[Fourlanders] Food list, bed space and contest times

I have the following folks put down for staying overnight on Saturday 
night:  W4KXY, WG8S, WW8RR, NX9O, N4NIA, K4VJM, W4ONT and son Lee.  Tom 
K4TJD and Scott NN4W will sleep in Tom's camper which is already here. 
That makes for a full house and the most we've had spending the night total.

I have the following folks put down for meals:  This means Saturday 
evening dinner of BBQ, sausage, slaw and potato salad, Sunday breakfast 
of pancakes and sausage, Sunday lunch of sloppy Joe's and chips, and 
Sunday dinner TBA by Jeff:

All meals:  W4ZST, W4KXY, WW8RR, N4NIA, K4VJM, K4TJD, NN4W, NX9O

All except Sunday dinner:  WG8S, W4ONT and Lee

All except Sunday breakfast:  W0ONR

Let me know if I don't have you down correctly on the food list.


Last but not least is to meet for Saturday lunch:  I propose that we 
meet at Rooster's at 11:30 for lunch.  I know there are a couple of 
highly desirable spots in town that we also frequent, but for parking 
purposes, I suggest we stick with Rooster's this time and 11:30 since 
they have shown themselves to be somewhat slow on Saturdays.  Since the 
stations are all set up and ready, this should give us plenty of time to 
get on the air Saturday.  There should be a further announcement about 
Friday evening happy hour coming later.

BTW, it is OK to come on up Saturday morning anytime before lunch if you 
wish and then we'll go back down to Rooster's to eat together.  Tom and 
I for sure will be here and doing that anyway.
