[Fourlanders] Missing text

I received everything fine.  I am using the native iPad email client.  Running the latest version of iOS.  To some of Brian's comments I looked today to see if my email client is setup for text only.  I was unable to find any setting for that.  If anyone on here is an iPad expert and knows how to setup email for text only please let me know.  Thanks.
