[Fourlanders] [VHFcontesting] ARRL Board Okays Changes to DXCC Program, VHF and Above Contesting Rules

One other thing that seems huge to me, is that this can definitely increase the chances for CW and WSJT QSO’s, (moon bounce or terrestrial).  Relying on “sched’s”, for so long, has been hit or miss.
