Hi Bob --
Unfortunately, I'm having yet another eye surgery the day after Hamvention and will still be in recovery mode when the contest comes along, so need to stay at home. Wish I was able to join you.

John

There was no campground or other facility there that would be useable. This site would put us in the Delta Division and open up some interesting new directions for us for a contest but it looks like it won't really be an option for this June unless something happens immediately so we're not holding our breath.

Still in our same grid as Mile-Hi but a more open view to the NE corridor un-obscured by higher mountains, kind of right on the edge with a clear shot. Might help our score. Anyway, we need to get this taken care of immediately if we are to be able to do it this June contest. Howard and Dean, let us know what the status is for this site.

Obviously the least amount of work for yours truly and I'm getting to appreciate every break at my age now!!
