[Fourlanders] attachments?

Just a minor thing that can bite you -- the 4096 kB limit is after 
converting the attachment from 8 bit binary to 7 bit ASCII format.  That 
conversion increases the message size by an additional ~12.5%, so an 
image that's near the limit to begin with probably won't make it.
