[FRC] SPOTTING

Some complaints of NON PASSIVE use of the cluster last weekend.  REMEMBER IN
CQWW
for several years it has been clear, you cant SELF SPOT, you cant ask about
thing spotted, like
WHAT HAPPENED TO HP1/K3WW  ?  or IS 15 open yet?
you can spot stuff, announce openings etc.

ARRL has now gone to the same definitions.  THAT MEANS you cant ask your
friends to spot you
or ask about SPOTS in ARRL EVENTS.

This weekend is the ARRL 160.  BE SURE to SPOT good stuff, and FRC guys and
anyone else
you would like to have guys find easily.  Spotting helps get the casual guys
working contesters.

Please dont spot yourself.  Should NOT BE NECCESSARY to ask friends to spot
you.
