There is a very good site that enables you to get real time spots from
packet clusters around the world...when you click on the sites at this
web page, it automatically 'telnets' you to the site, which you can drag
and click onto your desktop so 1 click logs you back in after you
disconnect. This also enables you to see what our friends up north are
seeing since there's a cluster in Londonderry, NH, and to get real time
spots if your local node goes down.

The address is:

http://ve9dx.weblink.nbtel.net/telnet/sites.html

click on any site there to be logged in. The only problem is that the
program does not echo back your text as you type so you can't tell if
you've made a mistake until after you send your text.
