[FRC] June newsletter deadline

I'm sitting here on this fine July.....no, wait.....oh, early May morning,
and figured it was a good opportunity to beg for articles for the June FRC
newsletter.             

If you have an article idea, put it down on paper or computer and we'll take
it from there.  If you'd like to write a letter to the editor, no problem.
If you have something that can go under "Memeber Happenings" (i.e., did any
of our members graduate from anything this month?), that's more than
welcome.
