[FRC] Thanks on L4B help

Well, as I suspected (but wanted confirmation), I need an allen wrench to
loosen the set screw.  Now to make a trip to the hardware store for the
right size wrench (which, of course, I don't have handy).  Funny that the
other tube didn't seem to be tightened down.  Oh well....
