Hooper marrying Margaret Huffman. Do any of you know who this Hooper =

I'm wondering if this might be Walter Hooper, son of Wm. F. & Nancy. =
Wm. F. Hooper was listed in the 1880 Graham Co. census with a son, =
Walter, who would have been about the correct age to be the young man =
listed in this marriage record.
