I would like to contact Charles E. Hooper, Jr.

"I am seeking information about Richard Hooper, b. 1694, who was  
supposed to be from the Gloucester area. He was the father of Obadiah  
Hooper, b. April 6, 1720 in Hanover Co., Virginia, (USA). Any help in  
locating Richard and helping us Hoopers to "come back home" will be
