New information from Shelby County Museum 1854 Scholastic Census,  
Shelby County, TX. between the age of six and sixteen shows children  
of J. J. Hooper:
Robert M., Washington, Elizabeth, Martha and Mahaley.  Robert M. was  
born abt 1839 - does anyone have further information?
Washington abt 1841- does anyone have further information?  Mary  
Frances was in census of 1860 age 19 - does anyone have further  
information?  Adaline was in census 1850 age 5, not in census 1860.  
 From a Mortality schedule we find Isabella Hooper age 5 died in  
October 1850; could this be the same as Adaline? Richard L. born abt  
1850- does anyone have further information?
