At the time the Old Virginia Regiment was raised and commanded by  
Col. George Washington he served as a foldier therein- that he was  
also appointed non-commissioned officer in said regiment. J. A. Keith  
CL Cur Obverse a/f/ign all my right and title to any lands to William  
Swords 14 April 1780.

(Page 256) Receipt received from Edward Feagan the sum of Fifty  
pounds curr money of Virginia being the consideration mentioned in  
the above Deed to be by him paid at or before the executing and  
perfecting the said Deed. Witness our hands and Seals the 12th. day  
of (blank). Signed Enoch Innis, Catherine Innis. Witnessed by Andrew  
Dalton, James Hooper, and Daniel (the mark X)  of Feagan.

Certificate of Probat. At a Court held for Prince William County the  
22nd. Day of June 1741. This release from Enoch Innis and Catherine  
his wife to Edward Feagan and the receipt thereon endowed were proved  
by the oaths of Andrew Dalton, James Hooper and Daniel Feagan the  
Witnessed thereto and admitted to record. Test: Cattesby Cocke, ct   
Cur Copy test P. Wagener,  ct Cur. The lease bears the date the date
