Samuel Robert Hooper - if that's who you're talking about - has sent  
in a DNA sample, but the results are not back yet.  Also, I've not  
heard from him before, so I don't have a mini family tree on him nor  
a permission to post results.  Maybe you could help him out with that  
part of it - so once his results come back, we could post asap.  ~ Clay
