[Hooper] Information on Hedley Morgan Hooper

[Morgan Christen]

My mother, née Mary Elizabeth Hooper, was born on the 22nd January 1926 in
Barry, Glamorgan, to Hedley Morgan Hooper and Elizabeth née Davies. I
believe my grandfather spent some time in the US learning the undertaking
business before returning to Barry. My mother once told me that the “Morgan”
entered the family because of some relationship to the (in)famous Captain
Henry Morgan. She said that they had thought of calling me Hedley, but
finally decide it was too “odd”. I saw the post by John Hedley Hooper (Sun
Jan 27 14:22:58 EST 2008) and wondered if we were related.
