Hello, He is my Great Great Grandfather. He is buried in Wheatland, California with many other Hoopers and of course Murdock's.
My name is John Boulett. My mother is Patricia N. Dearing her mother was Charlie June Metcalf her Father was Charles Edward Metcalf and his mother was Josephine Hooper Metcalf whose father was Obadih Hooper and Matilda Murdock.

Obadiah Carter Hooper (William, Obadiah1) left many descendants who  
are possible participants in the Hooper DNA Project.  In his Will he  
named the following, Joseph Murdock Hooper, Venable Clay Wales Hooper,  
Hanvey Allan Hooper, William Watson Hooper, and James Monroe Hooper.   
Descendants of Joseph Murdock Hooper;  William M. Hooper, Clayton  
Hooper, Victor Hooper, Harold Hooper, John Hooper. Descendants of  
William M., Harold Hooper and John Hooper.  Descendants of Murdock  
Benton Hooper (Venable, Obadiah C., William, Obadiah1); Benton Eugene  
Hooper.  Anyone who can contact any of these Hooper descendants will  
be sincerely appreciated.
