[kids] Other frequencies?

Sorry, folks, I'm sure this question has already been asked a hundred
times, but came late to the game and don't see a mention in the rules:

Will kids be operating on bands other than 20 and 40 meters? Would
like to take advantage of 10 and 15 meters for my son as well.
