[Kids] KB0VVT will be operating Kids Day from the battleship USS Missouri in Hawaii

Aloha,

My name is Rebecca KB0VVT and I am now 14 years old.  I presently live =
in the Raytown, Missouri very close to the Harry S. Truman Library.  =
President Harry Truman and his family were from Missouri and were aboard =
the battleship USS Missouri many times.  It is no accident that the =
Japanese were to surrender aboard the USS Missouri to end World War II.=20

My parents and I have visited Hawaii many times and have even been =
aboard the battleship USS Missouri.  I always thought it would be neat =
to operate on the battleship USS Missouri. =20

On Sunday January 5th, 2003 I will be operating on the battleship USS =
Missouri for a few hours beginning at around 1900z.  I will begin =
operations on 15 meters phone at a frequency around 21.263 MHz or 21.363 =
MHz.  These frequencies may seem weird but the USS Missouri is numbered =
BB63.  I will be using the callsign of either KH6BB or KB0VVT/KH6 on =
phone.  There will probably be many people wanting to talk to the USS =
Missouri so please keep the exchange short giving only your callsign and =
first name(s).

At some point I will probably switch to operating CW on 15 meters.=20
