I kinda like RT because it is easy for me to get to and we get the 'private
room'. We met a few times at a place along Hwy 49 but we were is a room
with others and it was annoying and distracting.

I suggest we try and see how we come up meeting the $100 in lunch purchases.
Seems it will be a costly? headache to RT to keep track of each of our
spending.

Then, I would still try and locate other facilities and maybe we could go
elsewhere once each quarter or something. I am also going to see if RT
corporate is on the internet and then send them a note regarding this
policy.
