[Mldxcc] Meeting venue

[Norman Wilson]

As most of us have lunch there, I would suggest we try it and see what
happens.  If we come a few dollars short, that still wouldn't be so bad to
have a meeting room for $20.  If 13 people eat lunch we are about even.
