[Mldxcc] cheaper keyer for writelog

I had mentioned this to the gang at K6AO for FD and they hadn't heard of it, so I am throwing this out to everyone.

The keyer is called Winkey, it is PIC-based and runs off a regular serial port with no critical timing. I just put one together and it appears to work as advertised.

If you have been frustrated by timing issues with parallel or serial port keying, this may be a way to go.
