[Mldxcc] New time/date

This might sound kind of nuts, since it is not in the
Mother Load, but Walnut Grove might be an area to
consider for a joint meeting.  It is right off of I5
and there are a lot of high power TV and radio
transmitters out there to tour - enough for a few
years worth of meetings.  Also bit closer for most of
the NCCC folks but a bit farther for most of us.
