[Mldxcc] New time/date

OK, my $0.03 (darn oil prices!):

1. NCCC already saw the K7C presentation in May. While I really really enjoyed that presentation, having something unique and interesting may create a better draw - something worth the drive and the gas cost.

2. NCCC is used to paying for dinner once a month, looks like $20 is a typical cost. Why not save ourselves some trouble and club cost by having it someplace where we can pay for our own food and avoid the hot and sweaty cleanup? Perhaps that way the heat of the day would matter less?

3. Perhaps we could add additional activities to the day - some sort of tour, for example. (I'm always happy to give a winery tour but perhaps a station tour would be more appropriate...;-)
