Is you car's air conditioning broken?  I didn't even notice the heat
until getting out of the car.  The meeting was an indoor event in
a air conditioned building.  Seems like a good way to spend the day
and beat the heat.  Also, Jackson was only slightly hotter than San
Jose.  It's not like you could beat the heat staying home.

Next year I can publish a map of two alternate routes that bypass
the 205 mess.  However, 205 was much lighter than usual this weekend
due to the heat, so I didn't have to use an alternate.
