Daily DX says that Martti Laine & Olli are at St Bart's to activate a 'new one'...FJ. FJ was formerly part of FS. Due to some changes in status, it will be considered as 'separate administration'. Martti is currently on 14.195, working split 200-205 up. ARRL says "we are reviewing". Good DXing...something to do on a rainy day!! 73, Dick
