[Mldxcc] [NCCC] Correction to Stew Perry score

Same thing happened to me, Rick.
I didn't realize N1MM had already applied
the x3 multiplier for QRP, so I merrily
did it myself, and wound up with a
fantastic score.  That is, until someone
questioned it and we did a little digging.
I think there needs to be a note somewhere
that this is happening to avoid some little
embarassment :-)
