[Mldxcc] 20:00 Update, Concow Fire

Hello All,

First, thanks to everyone for their good wishes, prayers and advice. 
Very comforting.

The air is fairly calm as I write (20:30) with a slight drift from the 
north. We're south of the big fires, so we're watching
closely.

White ash has been falling  from the sky all day; the bits are larger 
and more frequent now. That in itself isn't
very worrisome, but tonight's forecast forwarded from Bob K6NV predicts 
much stronger winds before
morning. We can be on the road in less than a minute.

The town of Paradise is seriously threatened as is Magalia just to its 
north. We fear that limited firefighting
resources will dictate that Paradise/Magalia get higher priority than 
will our area.

So far, more than fifty houses and outbuildings have been lost in the 
Concow area.
